Returns Gladly Accepted
Once you have received a product and you do not want it for any reason, please send it back to us for a refund or an exchange. Simply fill out the enclosed return form on the back of your invoice and return the product(s) to us. Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours (most are re-shipped the same day!). We have a money back guarantee for all items returned unused within 30 days of shipment. Each applicable manufacturer guarantees all items. If an item is defective after use, Hockey Empire will repair or replace the item after inspection. Our inspection department must see the item before any decision can be made. All shortages must be made on receipt of the goods.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 30 DAYS FOR REFUNDS.
Price Change Policy
Prices at HockeyEmpire.com are subject to change, even when you thought our deals couldn't get any better!! In an attempt to move more products with very limited quantities, colors or sizes, we may lower our prices. However, the price paid at the time of your purchase is the final price. We do not give any price adjustments once you have purchased the equipment.
Shipping Limitations
Orders placed on the web site will be shipped UPS Ground Freight within the 48 Continental States. EXCEPTIONS: Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO orders & other military addresses outside outside the USA - these orders will be shipped USPS priority mail. - Please consult the freight charge table.
Shipping Standards
Free UPS Ground Freight on all orders over $150.00. Excludes Super Chexx hockey game, Goalie Pads, & Hockey/Goalie Wheel Bags. Orders not over $150.00 will be charged freight. QTY Disc doesn’t apply for free freight.
All orders are subject to a handling charge.
Shippind and Handling Charges are non-refundable

“Same Day” Policy
Orders recieved by 3:00 pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Saturday - Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday.
